The tour was really good! Thank you Charlie and Thomas for your sharing on the history and background of the castle. We were with Charlie who has a great sense of humour. He gave specific and clear instructions in terms of time and meeting point which made things easier for us as we have a 8-year old with us. We highly recommend this tour.

Tour was organized and run perfectly! Our guides were Stevo and Stephanie. They are a great team with a great amount knowledge and a good sense of humor. They were interested in making our day trip relaxing (gemütlich ). And, we had a very nice day!

Great trip with Charlie, a guide, to a beautiful town with mesmerizing castles! Tour inside Neuschwanstein Castle was provided by another person and was not as informative, still worth seeing the inside.

Our tour guide, Aileen, has been really nice. She has explained the story of the Castle and Ludwig II in a interesting and humorous way and has remained calm and helpful when there where some difficulties (a problem with another train line). The Allgäu landscape is beautiful and the Castle of Ludwig II is impressive and intriguing. The only inconvenient was not having more time to spend in the cute town of Füssen. We definitely recommend it and we will be coming back to the area.
