No pudimos subir debido al mal clima. Nos informaron justo al subir al autobus. Segun programa, si no se pudiera subir se visitaria una mina de sal pero tampoco se visito, solo vimos el centro de documentacion. Sobraba mucho tiempo y nos llevaron al pueblo de Berchtesgadener que vimos por nuestra cuenta. La guia y conductor bien. Cumplieron con lo que les dijeron que hicieran. Cuando no se cumple el programa dederia de haber una compensacion economica. Largo viaje para tan poco que hacer y ver.

We couldn't go up due to bad weather. We were informed just as we boarded the bus. According to the program, if we couldn't go up, we would visit a salt mine, but we didn't visit that either; we only saw the information center. There was plenty of time left over, and they took us to the town of Berchtesgaden, which we explored on our own. The guide and driver were fine. They did what they were told to do. When the program isn't followed, there should be financial compensation. It was a long trip for so little to do and see.

Debería haber (de ser posible) un tour en Español. Es una pena, que un tour de 10 horas sólo lo haya en inglés. Además, habría que decir que el subir en el ascensor son 35€/persona, que no 33€. Que se paga en el autbous al guía, en nuestro caso, Ursula. El sitio es un paraje de en sueño, pero se queda corto, la verdad. Con lo bonito que es Berchtesgaden, bien se podía parar un poquito por el pueblo.

There should be (if possible) a tour in Spanish. It's a shame that a 10-hour tour is only available in English. Also, it should be noted that the elevator ride costs €35 per person, not €33. We ended up going to the Salt Mines, which were cool and all, but I don't think it was worth 25 euros (the app even said it was 17 euros) considering they made you pay for the photos at the end of the tour. They already knew that the Eagle's nest was closed until the 16th of the month, it would have been nice if they had told us before so I could have considered a proper refund.

El entorno merece mucho la pena, a pesar de la lluvia pudimos disfrutar de unas vistas preciosas de los Alpes. Sin embargo el tiempo en el nido de águilas se hace demasiado extenso teniendo en cuenta que en la actualidad es un restaurante sin más (no está conservado como la vivienda de Hitler) y el tiempo no acompañaba para hacer una excursión. También se hace excesiva la hora y pico de comida en un entorno con un único restaurante, siendo sólo 45 min para visitar el pueblo luego.

The setting is well worth it, despite the rain we were able to enjoy beautiful views of the Alps. However, the time in the eagle's nest becomes too long taking into account that it is currently a restaurant without more (it is not preserved as Hitler's home) and the weather was not good for an excursion. The hour and peak of food in an environment with only one restaurant is also excessive, being only 45 minutes to visit the town later.

La información recibida por Elizabeth perfecta, muy bien explicada y atenta en todo momento, al igual que el conductor, "Brian May", una conducción dulce y sin sobresaltos. Iban 2 personas muy borrachas y todo el camino de regreso pusieron la musica a todo volumen venia gritando y diciendo malas palabras y ni el guardia ni el chofer pusieron orden inclusive me golpearon con una corcholata ya que estaban super. bebidos. No pudimos ir al Nido del Aguila por las condiciones meteorológicas y tal y como se especificaba en el tour fuimos a las minas de sal. El tour, que era en ingles y aleman, estuvo muy bien planeado. They cancelled and never let me know. I went to the meeting point without knowing it was cancelled. It was horrible, since we were all very excited to go.
