Desorganización, muy poca información, es más, eludían dar información en el momento de tomar el bus. Los buses no estaban marcados según su ruta y eso creaba desorden a la hora de subir, como ej., mi esposo y yo fuimos los primeros para tomar la ruta azul y como no había información terminamos subiendo cuando ya no quedaba sitio, un desastre. En mi opinión no hay necesidad de tener tres rutas, los lugares se repiten. Me llamó la atención pues hemos tomado Civitatis en varios lugares y todo bien
