Empiezo por un cobro extra no informado, al inicio te exigen el pago de 9€ extra por persona por la entrada al castillo, lo cual no se informa en la actividad. Punto negativo por esto. Aparte de esto, la excursión consiste en una visita guiada al castillo de Harburg, donde un guía te explica, en inglés, la historia del castillo. Posteriormente vamos a Rotemburgo donde te sueltan en la primera calle que pueden a los 10 minutos y no te la enseñan ni te explican prácticamente nada. Al realizar la reserva pedí por email ,me confirmaran si había guía en español. No han contestado. El guía, ni hablaba español ni intentaba ayudar. Ha pasado totalmente de nosotros. Ni siquiera nos informaba el lugar y hora para volver al bus,en español. Muchas horas de bus ( entre 6-7 horas) El Castillo sólo se puede visitar con guía. Y la única opción,guía en inglés. En Rotemburgo,poco tiempo para visitar el pueblo y comer, máxime cuando hemos regresado media hora antes de lo previsto.
