Demasiado tiempo en el castillo. Me hubiese gustado más ir a otros pueblos en vez de al castillo. En Rotemburgo hubiera estado más tiempo.

It says there will be audioguide in different languages but is not true. This has became a systematic issues as mentioned by other users. They keep offering audioguides but there's never audioguide. It's a scam. If you are not going to offer audiguide, remove it completely from the offer overview

Contratamos la excursión con antelación y aunque se nos dijo que era en inglés, contaríamos con un audio guía en español (lo tenemos por escrito). Dicha audio guía no se nos ha facilitado. No nos hemos enterado de nada. En el viaje de ida el autocar ha empezado a fallar (ha tenido que parar hasta que el motor arrancase de nuevo). Sabiendo esto no han sido previsores y a la hora de marcharnos el motor no iba. Hemos salido 2 horas más tarde. Si lo llegamos a saber, no la hacemos con vosotros.

We hired the excursion in advance and although we were told that it was in English, we would have an audio guide in Spanish (we have it in writing). This audio guide has not been provided to us.
