Realizamos la excursión un grupo de ocho amigos, todos tenemos la misma opinión, nos parece que la hora de regreso las 4/4:30 de la tarde es muy temprana debiendo dejarse más tiempo para poder ver la ciudad iluminada al igual que los mercadillos, la salida debería ser sobre las 5:30/6 de la tarde. No nos gustó la guía nada amena y en sus explicaciones se centró mucho en la película "Sonrisas y Lágrimas" y no se entró en ninguna iglesia. La ciudad es espectacular y en diciembre más aún.

¡Una gran expereriencia! Merece mucho la pena hacer esta excursión y Salzburgo es impresionante. Alejandra, que fue nuestra guía, nos explicó un montón de cosas y fue muy simpática con todo el mundo. Quizá hubiera hecho un recorrido más pausado al principio y después ya hubiera dejado más tiempo libre. Pero aún así, fue perfecto jejejeje

Pésima! Contraté la excursión xq tenía audioguia en habla hispana y jamás existió!! La verdad me perdí de toda la explicación x la q había contratado exclusivamente el tour . No lo recomiendo en absoluto

Me sentí engañada en este caso por el operador. Reserve una actividad que no fue barata en Español y cuando me doy cuenta es una actividad en Inglés con un audioguía en Español. El audioguía iba con las explicaciones a destiempo y solo dió 5 o 6 en un viaje a Salzburgo que creo que tiene mucho que explicar. El guia Alberto cumplió con su trabajo y sabía español. Nos comentó que nos pusiéramos cerca de el y en la medida de lo posible nos informaria. Muy amable Alberto. Pero no lo veo justo.

I felt cheated in this case by the operator. I booked an activity that wasn't cheap in Spanish, and before I knew it, it was in English with an audio guide in Spanish. The audio guide was out of sync with the explanations and only gave 5 or 6 points on a trip to Salzburg, which I think has a lot to explain. The guide, Alberto, did his job and spoke Spanish. He told us to stay close to him and he would inform us as much as possible. Alberto was very kind. But I don't think it's fair.

Guide was awful!! No information given on bus except “follow me so I can show you where to meet”. On bus no information at all! Headset only gave information in other languages., not English. Cc machine didn’t work to pay for boat trip. That was a waste also! We were made to feel like we had to take it. No information about sites where sounds of music was filmed. Advertised as rail but it was by bus!!

Your email provide the link that guided to wrong meeting point. Once I clicked the link, it took me to old meeting point. I have emailed and called to ask where exactly is the meeting point but no one answer. Thus, I missed the bus and didn’t go to Salzburg!

Cuando llegamos al punto de salida nos atiende Alejandra pidiéndonos los pasaportes y solo teniamos el DNI y le dijimos que el día anterior nadie nos pidió el pasaporte, ni el guía ni personal de control de fronteras. Alejandra de manera agresiva me dijo que el DNI depende de donde sea será o no aceptado. Desde ese momento el tour ya me cayó pésimo y no lo disfruté y evité hacerle consultas a Alejandra para no enfrentarla nuevamente.

When we arrived at the exit point, Alejandra attended us asking for our passports and we only had our ID and we told her that the day before nobody asked us for our passport, neither the guide nor border control personnel. Alejandra aggressively told me that the DNI depends on where it will be accepted or not. From that moment on, the tour was terrible for me and I didn't enjoy it and I avoided asking Alejandra questions so as not to face her again.
